1. Shipping Information
All shipments are made through DHL and the rate is calculated at checkout. Standard shipping time is 5 to 7 business days. Shipments from USD 250 are FREE.
The tracking number will be sent via email notification.
2. Dispatch
Please consider 2 business days of processing from the purchase of your items IN STOCK. Some PRE-SALE items take longer to reach their destination, but you will be notified or you can always check the product descriptions.
3. CUSTOMS AND CUSTOMER LIABILITY
Customers are responsible for paying customs and / or import taxes. We ask you to review customs clearance and import costs (if applicable) with your local authorities.
Likewise, the client is responsible for providing all the correct data for delivery. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost, delayed or surcharges. That said, we will not make any money back.
If your order is returned to our distribution center, our team will contact you to coordinate another shipment. Additional costs are borne by the customer and we do not refund money for shipping.

3. CUSTOMS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for all import taxes and duties. Please check with your local customs about any extra costs for your parcel.
Every customer is responsible to provide the correct information for the parcel. If a wrong address is provided, we will not be responsible for any loss, delay or extra charges regarding the parcel. We won't accept a refund in this case.
If your parcel is returned to our headquarters, our team will contact you to arrange a redelivery. We do not refund any additional cost regarding a re-delivery and / or import and duties.
