1. Changes 

- We are happy to exchange your product and send you a certificate of CREDIT IN OUR STORE.

Send the products to be exchanged to the address:

The return shipment of the package must be through a courier that offers a courier service TRACKABLE. Please send us the tracking number to info@mehperu.com with the order number.

Remember that all expenses de shipping is assumed by the customer and therefore the refund of this amount in this credit certificate is not applicable. Also, if you want to make a return you will have to pay for the return and for the re-delivery of the package.

  • We accept changes to any order if we receive the order returned within a period of no more than 14 days after receipt of delivery.
  • The change will be made by giving you a credit certificate in our store valid for 1 month.
  • We do not make changes or returns of: Swimwear, Undies, Underwear, Hats, Stockings, Vitange, Upcycled and Accessories.
  • The use of store credit is subject to stock availability.
  • The items to be exchanged must meet the following conditions:
    • No signs of use 
    • Unwashed
    • With all original tags and hangtags
    • Makeup free
    • Free of any essence such as deodorant, perfume, etc.

FAULTS IN ITEMS OR WRONG ORDER

If you have received an item with a fault or an incorrect order please contact us at our Whatsapp +51 952928928 or to our mail info@mehperu.com with clear images of these failures. We are happy to exchange any item with factory flaws. If this is the case, we assume the shipping costs and we will give you a credit code in our store for the amount of the returned item.

We are happy to exchange any faulty items. If this is the case, we assume the extra shipping costs and will issue a STORE CREDIT CODE valid for 1 month.
