This week I understood that it is okay not to feel 100% every day. I think these last days cost me more than ever, a lot of things put together, a lot of work and my batteries just dropped.
But the important thing is to be able to recognize and do something to change this chip. Talking about how you feel helps a lot, surrounding yourself with people with beautiful energy and the desire to put your heart into things are key to coping with this process.
I believe that all people have an energy that fills us and gives us light and we transmit that so we have to focus on ourselves. Today in social networks we only see the "perfect" day to day of thousands of people and that can be frustrating; However, from my own experience I can tell you that the best thing you can do is focus on what you have, put a lot of passion and enthusiasm into what you do and never compare yourself with the situation of another person or business.
Everything comes on time so it is better to do it at your own pace. If you have goals focus on achieving them, if you feel that something is not right in your life make a change in one, do not continue where you do not feel that you do not belong. Let's help each other with nice comments, good times and enjoy each stage.
